Your first journal assignment was to comment on your personal progress this semester with aural theory skills. For this assignment please do the following:

 

  1. Finish this statement - "At this point in the semester, I wish I was better at ___________." Please elaborate on this statement and discuss what responsibility we as a CLASS have in helping you acquire this skill as well as what you as an INDIVIDUAL should do to strengthen that particular skill.
  2. Construct a top 5 "wish list" - "By the end of the semester, I hope to be vastly improved in ___________." Keep in mind that like Rome, music theory wasn't built in one day.
  3. Post this to your practice blog (if you have one) or create a new wiki page (you can create a new page from any page on our wiki, just look for the appropriate blue button) with your response
  4. Post a direct link to your blog entry or wiki page (click on "edit this page" to add your link below)
